There are many fine restaurants at varying price points that welcome rehearsal dinners.  I recommend looking for one with a separate banquet room, where you can move around more easily and keep your conversation to yourselves.

If you have trouble finding a venue that suits your budget, location, date, etc. consider these alternatives:

Many families host a backyard BBQ at home for the rehearsal dinner.  Too frazzled for that?  Consider having Qdoba, Longhorn, Piccolo's, or Trezzi Barn deliver food to the park of your choice.  Pavilions & shelters can be rented through the Spokane Parks Department (509) 625-6200.

Most caterers are happy to do such events also, but their small-size can make the price per person seem hefty.  For better rates consider holding your rehearsal on a Thursday night, when caterer's schedules tend to be more open.
